What areas does Smith Lawn Care currently service?

We currently serve Midlothian, Venus, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and Arlington.

How does billing for services work?

​All regular clients receive an invoice on their last service day of each month, which they can pay online with a debit/credit card, checking account information, or Apple Pay. Clients also have the option to pay through apps such as Venmo or CashApp, as all forms of payment are accepted.

You offer year round service, but our grass stops growing around mid-October. What do you do during the fall and winter months?

Our focus during the fall and winter months transitions to debris maintenance and removal, because although southern grass types are dormant during that time of year, your lawn should still look its best. This also eliminates any of your worries of needing any type of extensive cleanup in the spring.

How is our service affected in the chance there is inclement weather?

​In the event of inclement weather-rain, temperatures below 35/above 102 degrees-we will contact you and work towards rescheduling your service date at our earliest convenience.

How does scheduling for service work? Do I have an assigned day of the week?

Your service day is scheduled based on our current availability, but we do our best to make sure it fits with your schedule as well. Also, your service day will always be the same day during the week, and if there is any change that needs to be made, we always make sure to communicate those changes with you.
